We recognise our responsibility to uphold human rights and ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not take place within our business or in any part of our supply chain. This policy outlines our commitment to preventing modern slavery and sets out the steps we will take to achieve this goal.

We will not tolerate any form of modern slavery or human trafficking within our business or supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to prevent slavery and human trafficking.

  1. Compliance with Legislation

We will comply with all relevant legislation relating to modern slavery and human trafficking, including but not limited to the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

  1. Risk Assessment

We will conduct regular risk assessments to identify and assess potential risks of modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chain.

  1. Supplier Due Diligence

We will undertake due diligence to assess and monitor the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain. This will include assessing the policies and practices of our suppliers, as well as conducting site visits and audits where necessary.

We will provide training and awareness-raising activities for our employees to ensure they understand the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and their role in preventing it.

  1. Reporting Mechanisms

We will provide mechanisms for employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report concerns about modern slavery and human trafficking. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly and confidentially.

  1. Collaboration and Engagement

We will work collaboratively with our suppliers, industry partners, and other stakeholders to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.

  1. Review and Monitoring

We will regularly review and monitor our modern slavery policy and associated procedures to ensure their effectiveness and compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.

  1. Communication

We will communicate our modern slavery policy internally and externally, making it available to all employees, suppliers, and stakeholders.

  1. Statement Approval

This modern slavery policy has been approved and endorsed by Mike Short, Director.

  1. Review Date

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary.
